When our team at AZ Painting Services was approached by our client who had recently purchased a new home, we were thrilled to take on the challenge of revitalizing the property. The client had a clear vision: they wanted a longer-lasting update to not only enhance the aesthetics of their home but also address some water-leaking issues. The most pressing concern was the fascia boards in the front of the house, which had fallen victim to rot and decay, and they also desired a new color scheme that would make their home truly stand out in the neighborhood.
In a neighborhood where houses often blended into a sea of sameness, our client sought to make their home a striking standout. They desired a unique color that would not only express their individuality but also complement the existing architectural features of the house.

The new purchasers of this property in Coquitlam noticed that the house was in need of a proper maintenance. The interior of the house was recently renovated along with the windows. However, on the exterior the wooden surfaces was rotted, the stucco walls had visible crack lines showing and the lack of caulking around the joining’s of the stucco to wooden surfaces was not seal. This would result in snow or rain water to find its way in and damage the structure that is not visible from beginning.
The colour coordination was not making this house stand out in the neighborhood and it was very blended. To ensure AZ Painting was exceeding the client’s expectations, a colour consultation package was further included to showcase the new colour designs. This ensured that the client had a perfect idea of how the new colours would look on the house before painting.

The exterior painting results was stunning and with a proper warranty in place AZ Painting ensured that the quality of the workmanship is well protected. The in-house crew at AZ Painting really ensured that the details of the structures would stand out.
