The first phase of this commercial interior painting project was transforming the stairwell of the office. Before we started painting, we had to make certain preparations to ensure proper safety and quality of workmanship.
The first thing our commercial painters did was create a safe passageway for the students and workers to go through, avoiding our team’s working area. This way, our work wouldn’t be interrupted by traffic and the office had a safe way in and out.

Over time, this entryway had seen a lot of traffic, which left knicks and scratches all over the walls and on the railing. In the pictures, you can see the excessive damage. We made other necessary wall repairs for longer-lasting paint.

When our team was presented with the challenge of tackling higher ceilings like the ones that you see in the pictures, we made it our top priority to ensure that we closely followed all of the necessary regulations set out by WorkSafe BC and working at heights guidelines. We hold the safety of our team members and clients in high regard and only use the safest and most efficient methods to complete the job.
As we completed the ceiling work, we shifted our focus to the walls. In order to ensure that the walls would stand up to wear and tear over time, we applied a high-quality white paint that is designed for durability. This not only ensures that the walls will look great for an extended period of time, but it also prevents any potential damage caused by frequent contact.
But we didn’t stop there! We also took the opportunity to freshen up the blue paint of the railings and other wall details within the entryway to create an overall cohesive and welcoming environment. By using the brand colours of the Community Resources office, we were able to seamlessly connect the entryway to the office, creating a smooth design flow that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Now, visitors to the Community Resources office will be greeted by a fresh, bright, and welcoming entryway that is sure to leave a lasting positive impression.
