For exterior painting of our house, we received estimates from few painting companies through HomeStars and we found the quote from AZ Painting a competitive one and matching our budget. Amir and his team were both professional and responsive to our needs.
They also helped us in deciding which paint would suit our house best. We had them paint the exterior and some interior areas of the house and it turned out great. The painters were prompt, professional and detail-oriented and performed as per terms and conditions of the contract.
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality and affordable paint job.
Our three years of industry-leading warranty is included with every project we perform. Additionally, the manufacture of the material also incudes their warranty.
Our projects are completed with our experienced in-house employees and we bring 30+ years of experience to every project performed by AZ Painting.
We are a licensed, insured, and bonded painting company delivering quality workmanship. Our A+ Rating with Better Business Bureau shows our integrity.
One of the most noticeable benefits of exterior stucco painting is the instant boost it provides to your home’s curb appeal. Whether you’re looking to update the color of your stucco or simply refresh its existing appearance, a fresh coat of paint can transform your home’s exterior, giving it a clean and attractive look that catches the eye of passersby.
Stucco is a durable exterior material, but it can deteriorate over time due to exposure to harsh weather conditions. Exterior stucco painting acts as a protective shield, preventing moisture penetration and protecting your home from rain, wind, and UV rays. This extends the lifespan of your stucco and reduces maintenance costs.
Exterior stucco painting can also enhance your home’s energy efficiency. Many stucco paints are formulated with insulating properties, helping to regulate indoor temperatures. This can result in lower energy bills and a more comfortable living environment throughout the year.
If your stucco has minor cracks or imperfections, painting can effectively mask these blemishes, making them virtually invisible. It’s a cost-effective way to address small flaws without the need for extensive repairs.
Painting your stucco exterior not only improves the aesthetics but can also increase your home’s resale value. Prospective buyers are often drawn to homes with well-maintained exteriors, and a freshly painted stucco can make your property stand out in the real estate market.
Once your stucco is painted, maintenance becomes more manageable. Regular cleaning and occasional touch-ups are usually all that’s needed to keep your stucco looking fresh and vibrant. This ease of maintenance saves both time and money in the long run.
