Amir took the time to answer all of my questions, offered excellent advice on paint options, and even scheduled a project prep meeting before work began to ensure every detail was understood and agreed upon. That level of communication and planning really set them apart. They painted all of the white trim on my house and garage, along with my cedar fence, and the quality of the work is outstanding. Amir and his crew arrived on time every day, treated my property with the utmost respect, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Before painting, they pressure washed the entire house, garage, and fence, carefully repaired damaged wood to ensure a long-lasting finish, and even fixed a rotted section of my cedar fence that wasn't originally part of the job. It was clear they genuinely cared about doing the work properly rather than just getting it done. At the start of the project, Amir told me he would treat my home as if it were his own—and he absolutely lived up to that promise. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and pride in his work were evident throughout the entire project. I am pleased to write this review for AZ Painting. I initially contacted AZ Painting after finding their website online and reviewing their Google reviews. Amir promptly responded to my inquiry for a quote and arranged to meet me at my property in Burnaby to go over the proposed scope of work. I had received several quotes from other painters that were slightly lower than the quote provided by Amir but was impressed by his professionalism and the thoroughness of his quote which included details of the types of paint he proposed to use, a copy of his company’s Worksafe BC registration and insurance coverage. The job was completed to my satisfaction by Amir and his crew in a professional manner in the timeframe originally indicated by Amir. I was particularly impressed with Amir’s communications throughout the project. For example, at one time he sent me photos showing that prep work he had indicated would be done was in fact done. Another time he sent photos showing that he had helped secure some loose siding that he noticed even though the siding was not being painted as part of this project. Amir also went above and beyond my expectations by removing damaged wooden vents located high up on the front of my house and by replacing them with new vents that I had purchased, without extra charge. Based on my positive experience with AZ Painting and Amir I would not hesitate to retain them for any future painting projects I may have.

AZ Painting Ltd. They were fantastic, Amir and his crew were very professional, we live in a highrise in Burnaby and have rules for contractor's coming n going. Amir helped us pick out paint, carpet, lighting, his company can also do electrical work, and they also frosted thr window of our French door windows. We also had new carpets installed and blinds and he over saw all the work. I would highly recommend him, when he quoted the price on paint, carpet,lighting that was the price and every thing was on time.
